I can’t imagine how horrible you felt when your dog was hit by that car. It took a ton of courage to share this, so thank you.

Our Chow died after a brief illness. He was 10 and my daughter found him. She cried for hours. Her brother cried.

My wife and I buried him in the rain.

It was a year before we got another dog. But he is the joy of our rural existence. There’s nothing like a good dog to sweeten your life.
