I’ll bet hearing Greg live was an awesome experience. You’re right. To lead you have to know where you’re going. Focus is key to that.

I often use the analogy of taking a trip. You pick one place on a map to go to, and you follow the route. If you have a trip with multiple stops, you still can’t visit more than one at a time.

So multitasking is also a myth.
