I’ve found the best thing to do with any boss is to stand your ground as a human. They may have a bigger role than you, but that gives them no right to treat as less of a human being.

So don’t let ‘em.

I know that sounds easier said than done. But if you let them know right off the bat where you stand on that, you’ll do all right — or find a better place to use your talents.
