Jane, I’m honored to be in your toolkit!

Learning and growth involve struggle. I think we’d enjoy the journey more if we saw it as an adventure.

What can I learn today?

What can I try that’s different?

Thomas Edison wasn’t afraid of failure. He spent lots of time and money refining the incandescent light bulb into a product people could use in their homes. Some say he did over 10,000 (or even 14,000) experiments to get it right.

If you want to grow fast, fail fast.

And don’t worry about it.

Your greatness is inside all that testing.
