The Writer’s Daily Pep Talk
Getting clear about your path in less than one minute

Do you ever feel guilty when you don’t write “enough”?
Do you get discouraged when others publish more than you?
Do you ever wonder why some people get tons of comments, claps, and likes — but you don’t?
I can’t give you the answer to all those questions in this short post. But I can tell you how to feel about it.
Stop Doing This
Quit worrying.
Don’t feel guilty.
Keep writing. Keep growing.
Keep reaching higher than you did yesterday.
Your journey is yours. Your experience, knowledge, and voice are unique to you. There is a tribe of people who need and want to hear what you have to say. Do your work for them .
Just because you haven’t found them all yet is no reason to give up and get discouraged.
Don’t Give Up
Keep moving.
Keep doing the work.
Keep learning new things.
Remember the gurus, the experts, and the thought leaders were where you are once. They may know some things that work for some of the people some of the time, but there’s no guarantee their wisdom is infallible.
