Unfortunately, it seems Society drums creativity out of us as we age.

“That’s a nice hobby,” well meaning friends and family say. “But don’t expect to make a living at it.”

Granted, making a living as a writer is a challenge, but not out of reach in today’s world. Why let that prospect stop you from creating work to share?

In this new and fun economy of sharing and lifting one another up, I’d say there’s room for anyone to write her story and share it far and wide.
